Shahnameh illustrated by Nashmin Valadi

This is the cover image of the *Shahnameh*, a work by Ferdowsi, the renowned Iranian epic poet from the 4th century (1025 AD), which I had the honor of fully illustrating in 2023. Since the original tales and main story were composed in classical Persian, someone rewrote them in simpler language and translated them into English. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional conduct of the publisher, Kidsocado, I am not certain whether the name featured on this book—proudly inserted between my work and the esteemed name of Ferdowsi's *Shahnameh*—belongs to that individual or so-called author of this version. Therefore, I felt it necessary to share this poorly assembled cover design, with its clumsy cut-and-paste use of my artwork, to highlight this oversight and showcase my original contribution.
